All Infringement Notices should be sent to and include the following or they will be deemed invalid:

  • Identification of what copyrighted material is claimed to have been infringed upon;
  • A description of where on ShrtFly service(s) said infringing content can be found (URLs work best), including enough information so that we may locate it within our systems; e.g., provide direct links not just names/descriptions that require further searching/investigation – also indicate whether it’s text/image/video/etc);
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • A statement by you that: (a) you believe in good faith that uses which forms basis for the complaint is not authorized by law or copyright owner/agent thereof; and (b) under penalty perjury accurate complete knowledge at time notice given material complained against either belongs someone else’s rights reserved under law intellectual property rights own.


ShrtFly is a URL-shortening network. We provide only URL-shortening services, but we do not host any files or videos on our server. If you have any complaints regarding copyrights for files and movies, please contact the file hosting provider where the actual files are hosted.

Deleting the links will not remove the files from their server. Additionally, please send us a DMCA email first. We can delete the links, but it won't resolve the piracy issue. To request link deletion, please contact our support team at
